Titanic Blend - Whole Bean Irish Coffee - Belfast Coffee Co.

These raw coffee beans were widely available in Belfast, having been traded for linen and rope. Belfast was home to the largest rope works in the world and exported to the world’s shipping industry. A Belfast shipwright (i.e., ship builder) blended the coffee with various traded spices to give it a unique flavor. This process is still used today and is what makes our coffee taste so unique.

Coffee Profile: Cerrado is a region within the largest coffee-producing state in Brazil. This coffee is clean with a creamy feel, low acidity, well balanced exhibiting a nutty flavor with hints of caramel sweetness.
