Shamrock Mug

An Irish house always has a constant stream of tea being made in the kitchen. Therefore it's very important to have your own perfect cup. We have a selection of beautifully made bone china cups. This collection of Shannonbridge is beautifully illustrated. The Shamrock is Ireland's unofficial emblem. In ancient times the druids believed the Shamrock had mystical powers. To them its three leaves were a natural sign of a sacred number. This little plant was even said to warn of an approaching storm by turning up its leaves.
