Salmon of Knowledge Blend - Whole Bean Irish Coffee - Belfast Coffee Co.

The Salmon of Knowledge, whose roots lie deep in Irish folklore, is a large mosaic sculpture situated on the banks of the River Lagan. Made up of distinctly illustrated blue and white tiles "The Big Fish", as it's fondly known, is a symbol of both the regeneration of the river and the rich cultural heritage of Belfast as a whole. This medium-roast blend, with its carefully selected notes of chocolate, nuts and caramel, pays homage to the importance of this beloved landmark and the unique and ever-changing city.
